OUR SERVICES
Luma Therapy provides individuals with a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, build skills, and improve emotional and social wellbeing. This service may include emotional regulation strategies, support with communication and social skills, assistance with daily living tasks, and interventions tailored for neurodivergent individuals. Therapy is guided by evidence-based approaches and can be delivered individually or as part of a broader support plan to address specific goals outlined in the participant’s NDIS plan.

Positive Behaviour Support is a specialised service that helps individuals who may use behaviours of concern to communicate unmet needs. PBS aims to improve quality of life by understanding the reasons behind behaviours and putting in place proactive, respectful strategies that reduce distress and increase meaningful participation. A comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan is developed through functional assessment, with a focus on reducing restrictive practices and ensuring the person is supported in the least restrictive and most empowering way possible.
Support
Coordination
Support Coordination is a service that helps NDIS participants make the most of their plans. This includes understanding funded supports, connecting with the right providers, coordinating services, and building the skills needed to manage supports more independently. Support Coordination also helps navigate challenges, resolve issues, and prepare for NDIS plan reviews, with a strong focus on ensuring participants exercise choice and control over their support and progress toward their goals.
